
Mandeep Kaur is the first Sikh Chaplin in the UK and British Armed Forces, providing spiritual support to Sikh service personnel and their families, while advising the military on Sikh matters.
Outside of her role, she runs Hariya Baagh and 1 Healing which provides a space to reset and add balance in your life - emotionally, physically, mentally, energetically and spiritually.
She is a renowned speaker with many years of experience inspiring and sharing knowledge with Sangat across the UK and internationally. Through talks, camps, Katha and interactive workshops, she draws on her experience and understanding of Sikhi to help individuals connect more deeply with themselves, their Sikhi and Guru Sahib.
Her approach is simple, relatable and experiential. She has a particular ability to make the profound messages of Gurbani accessible and relevant to everyday life, encouraging Sangat not only to understand Gurbani, but to experience and embody its wisdom.
Through experiential Gurmat, she invites people to explore their inner world, relationships and connection with the Divine in new ways. Her work has helped many look beyond the surface of worldly experiences and develop a deeper awareness of the connection between the self, the world and Guru Sahib.

Dr. Sarabjeet Singh Renuka is a respected Sikh scholar, preacher and speaker with years of experience sharing Gurbani, Sikh history and Gurmat with Sangat around the world.
Known for taking deeper concepts from Gurbani and explaining them in a way that connects with everyday life, his talks explore everything from relationships and family life to Sikh history, spirituality and our relationship with Guru Sahib.
Through lectures, Katha and online platforms, Dr. Renuka has helped Sangat across generations understand not only what Gurbani says, but how we can bring those teachings into the way we live our lives today.
